Some 2012 graduate programs have already closed and 2013 programs will open in March 2013. Graduate programs are a great way to get a foot in the door at world leading companies and organisations. You can make selection based on companies reputation, development programs, social image or area of speciality. Internships are almost mandatory for US students, but companies are just started to understand how valuable a decent recruitment program can be in such a competitive job market where skill shortage is less of an issue than will and determination. Graduate programs are a much better alternative to Internships as they often pay above market value to recruit the best candidates and may even sweeten offers to their perfect candidates with a proven track record.
